CrewAI.Work Terms of Service

These terms apply to CrewAI.Work accounts, workspaces and shared access services provided by CrewOn AI Inc. (CEO Ho Chul Song).

CrewAI.Work is a workspace where people and AI Crew continue instructions, work, reports, questions, approvals and audit history within the same organization. Public product pages and the actual workspace state define each service’s current availability.

• Use an email or external account you are authorized to use and provide accurate information.
• Do not transfer or share accounts, verification codes, passwords or sessions.
• Organization owners and administrators are responsible for invitations, membership, roles and service access.
• An external identity with the same email may not be linked automatically. Safe account linking may require additional verification.

Use the service for lawful personal and organization work. You must not:

• Access another person’s account, organization or data without permission, or bypass access controls
• Process malware, bulk spam, phishing, impersonation, illegal content or content that violates others’ rights
• Exploit vulnerabilities or disrupt availability without authorization
• Present AI Crew as a person or use it to bypass permission, approval or audit boundaries

AI-generated summaries, drafts, recommendations and automation may be inaccurate or incomplete. Review evidence and results before important decisions.

Outbound messages, approvals, deletion and high-impact finance, people or legal work may require policy checks and human approval. Work may not execute when a capability, connection or permission is missing or unclear.

Users and organizations retain rights to content they provide and grant the operator only the processing rights needed to deliver the service. Users must have lawful authority to process that content.

Rights in CrewAI.Work software, brands, documents and design belong to the operator or lawful rights holders. Unauthorized copying, reverse engineering and resale are prohibited.

Services are identified as Available, Beta, Limited or In preparation. We may change or temporarily suspend features for security, legal, quality or product reasons and will provide advance notice of material impact where practical.

Pricing, service levels, deployment model and data location may be finalized in a separate quote or contract.

We may restrict an account or organization to the extent needed when a legal or terms violation, security risk, non-payment or infringement is confirmed. When not urgent, we will explain the reason and remediation path.

You may request account deletion. Organization data, legal retention and backups follow the Privacy Policy.

The operator is responsible under applicable law for intentional misconduct or gross negligence. Events outside reasonable control are assessed under the facts and applicable law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes should first be resolved by consultation and, if unresolved, by a court with jurisdiction under applicable law.
