Unified search finds, on one screen, materials you used to look for in each service separately. ⌘K finds services, people and AI Crew right away, and the search results screen shows results by source, such as Mail, Calendar, Approval, Drive, meetings and Messenger. Click a result to go straight to that item.
Designed for: People who cannot remember whether something was in email or Messenger, and end up opening services one by one
When you need it
You do not know whether a quote came by email, was posted in Messenger or is in Drive, so you open all three in turn.
To check the schedule set in a meeting together with the approval document, you have to switch screens many times.
How it differs from general work tools
Find email, events, approvals, files and people at once, shown separately by source.
Even if one service does not answer, results from the others appear first.
Each service's permissions are kept as they are, so you get only results you are allowed to see.

Working with AI Crew: an example
Example: the fictional company Ondam Living Co. is getting ready to launch its new fall product, the "Ondam mug set".
The product planner types "mug quote" into ⌘K search.
The OEM quote in email, the cost sheet in Drive and the purchase request going through approval all appear on one screen.
Clicking the purchase request goes straight to the approval screen.

Admin and security
- Each service's permissions are followed as they are, so materials you cannot see do not appear in results.
